For eighteen years, the Prominka Family Farm from the Drniš region has been nurturing a family tradition of beekeeping and natural production. Their offerings include honey, propolis, honey vinegar, and other bee products, but they have become best known for their honey liqueurs – natural, aromatic, and crafted with special care.
They currently produce ten different types of liqueurs: a classic medica (honey liqueur), medica with chili peppers, and varieties with carob, cornelian cherry, sour cherry, blueberry, Christ's thorn, heather, walnut, and herbs. Each liqueur is created through exclusively natural processes – with no added colors, artificial flavors, or sugar. The only sweetener used is their own homemade honey, which gives these liqueurs a special richness of flavor and makes them recognizable among lovers of quality local products.
The entire production is based on family work and knowledge passed down through generations, and every product carries the seal of its origin – the untouched nature and rich Mediterranean and continental flora of the region.
