The story of OPG Malo Blago began 25 years ago when the family started raising goats. Alongside them, they also had cows, pigs, a donkey, turkeys, and ducks – they lived on a small farm full of life. The children were still young, but they lovingly helped their parents, taking the goats to pasture and participating in daily chores. Due to the parents' work commitments, the family had to sell their livestock and temporarily leave farming. Soon, both parents lost their jobs, which brought on a difficult period. However, they didn't give up – they educated their children and raised them to be hardworking, honest people.
A new chapter began in 2013 when the parents decided to return to goat farming. They acquired ten young kids and started all over again. Today, the farm has more than 50 goats and produces cheese from its own milk, without additives or industrial supplements. Ten liters of milk are needed for one cheese, which testifies to the amount of effort and dedication invested in each product.
The name "Malo Blago" (Little Treasure) symbolizes this very value – a small herd that brings great wealth through pure, honest production. Their young goat cheese is mild, with a delicate flavor, suitable for both children and adults. At the heart of the entire story is the family matriarch, who crafts each cheese by hand, with a smile and with love.
