In the heart of the Skradin field, Kristiana and Zoran Palinić, together with their family, nurture organic cultivation of vegetables, olives, figs, and almonds. Their motto, “Once you fall in love with the land and plants, that love never fades,” guides them in their daily work.
OPG Palinić uses only manure, hay instead of pesticides, and seeds from organic sources. On an area of seven and a half hectares, they produce seasonal fruit and vegetables that they sell locally - from the Skradin market to restaurants and hotels. Their customers recognize the authentic taste of homemade food grown without chemicals or greenhouses.
For the Palinić family, agriculture is more than a job - it is a way of life, a family tradition, and an opportunity to support their community. “We love feeding people healthy food and believe that love for the land always comes back through what we grow,” says Kristiana.
