In their olive groves between Pirovac and Putičanje, the Uroda family cultivates olives with the same passion that is now recognized as world-class quality in their oil. OPG Uroda is not just an olive-growing farm – it is a story of dedication and the aspiration to create a product from their own region that proudly stands on the most prestigious tables, both at home and abroad.
Their oil, a carefully balanced blend of Leccino, Lastovka, Oblica, and Ascolana varieties, has been awarded a gold medal for the fourth consecutive year at the prestigious NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition in New York – one of the most important international olive oil competitions. This success confirms that Uroda's oil is no accident, but the result of hard work, knowledge, and respect for every single olive.
Today, OPG Uroda's oil can be found on the tables of renowned restaurants such as Bronzin and Buta in Šibenik, and Dvor in Split, run by chef Hrvoje Zirojević. From their approximately 500 olive trees, the Uroda family harvests and presses oil each year that is recognized as a product of high gastronomic value.
