How the menu is put together

  • The holiday's centrepiece stays traditional: sarma, turkey, salt cod, ham, goose. Our recipes that fit are offered beside it.
  • Soups, sides, salads and cakes come from the recipes on Plodovi when they use the holiday's ingredients and are in season.
  • Amounts are per guest, for a table of several dishes, and the shopping list adds up every meal of the holiday and marks what you can order from local producers.
